Το βατόμουρο σε αυτό έχει ένα ξυλώδες, πικάντικο αποτέλεσμα και αναπτύσσει τις αρωματικές νότες αυτού του φυτού Rubus, που ανήκει στην οικογένεια των τριαντάφυλλων. Η φράουλα προσθέτει επιπλέον γλυκά στοιχεία στο άρωμα που μοιάζει με μαρμελάδα.
